The MoveScore™
The MoveScore™ uses predictive analytics to rate a home's likelihood of going on the market within a given area. The proprietary rating allows RealAgile™ to rank all the homes within an area from most likely, to least likely, to move.
Predictive Analytics is utilized by both The MoveScore™ and the FICO Score to determine future activity. While the FICO predicts the likelihood that indivuals will repay a loan, the MoveScore™ predicts the likelihood of someone to move.
