The MoveScore uses predictive analytics to rate a home's likelihood of going on the market within a given area. The proprietary rating allows RealAgile to rank all the homes within an area from most likely, to least likely, to move.
Predictive Analytics is utilized by both The MoveScore and the FICO Score to determine future activity. While the FICO predicts the likelihood that individuals will repay a loan, the MoveScore predicts the likelihood of someone to move.
